Abstract Submission

Submit a structured abstract of 250–400 words, including background, objectives, methodology, and expected results/findings.

Full Paper

Full papers should be 6–10 pages (A4, double-column) following the official conference template, written in English or Chinese.

Poster Presentation

Poster submissions require a 1-page extended abstract and a digital poster (A1 size) for on-site display.

Double-Blind Review

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two members of the Scientific Committee.

Proceedings & Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (ISBN). Selected high-quality papers will be invited for journal special issues.

All submissions must be made through the online submission portal. Email submissions will not be considered.

Manuscript Specifications

• Page size: A4, single or double column
• Font: Times New Roman 11pt, single line spacing
• Length: 6–10 pages including references
• File format: PDF and editable source (DOC/LaTeX)
• Anonymized for double-blind review (remove author names/affiliations)

What to Include

• Title, abstract (250–400 words), 4–6 keywords
• Introduction, literature review, methodology
• Results, discussion, conclusion
• Acknowledgements & references (APA 7th edition)
• Author bio & contact details (added after acceptance)
